Fast Track means: go faster than the average passenger. Our Vinaswift Fast Track Service helps you skip the immigration lines. Vinaswift ensures a smooth, stress-free experience at major airports. Our Meet & Greet service helps you skip long lines, navigate language barriers, and move easily through the airport. Our agents assist with skipping the line at the immigration, and security.

Upon arrival, our agent will welcome you and assist with all post-flight procedures at the airport such as visa on arrival or immigration. For departure flights, we help with pre-flight formalities.

We recommend booking our service upon booking your ticket. We do accept last-day bookings when possible. The booking needs to be registered at the Vietnamese immigration so we cannot accept any bookings while you are at the airport unfortunately.

For Arrival Fast Track:

  1. Apply Service: Fill in the secure form on our website to apply for Fast Track Service.
  2. Make the Payment: Check the details of your flight and complete the payment for the Fast Track service using our convenient and trusty payment gateway (powered by Stripe).
  3. Confirmation & Arrangement: Upon arrival, a friendly staff member holding a sign with your name will greet you and assist you through airport formalities, including immigration via the Priority Immigration Lane.

Booking is simple. Just visit our website, fill out the booking form with your details, and make the payment. You will receive an instant confirmation email with all the necessary information.

You will need to provide your full name, and arrival or departure time. Depending on your service request we will someitmes need a copy of your passport biopage. This helps us to register you in advance at the Immigration Services Department of the airport.

Yes, you can book the service for friends, family members, or colleagues. Just provide their details when making the booking.

We accept credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our Stripe payment gateway.

Our Fast Track Service is available at the times when there are flights scheduled, and as long as the airport is open, to accommodate all flight schedules and ensure you receive assistance whenever you need it.

If your flight is delayed, our agent will monitor the new arrival time and be there to meet you. If your flight is canceled, we will reschedule your next booking. 

Absolutely. If you have any special requests, such as additional assistance for disabled passengers, please let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we provide services for connecting flights within the same airport. This includes transfers between domestic and international terminals, re-checking in, and using airside transfer desks.

To make a change or cancel your booking, email us at xinchao@vinaswift.com or use the chatbox on the bottom right hand side.

Each airport has its own rules and regulations which may sometimes supersede our operating procedures. In the event of a temporary security clampdown or similar alert condition, certain parts of the VIP service may be affected. These situations are beyond our control, but this rarely ever happens.

No, tipping is not required or expected. However, if the service you receive is excellent and the representative goes out of their way to assist you, you may offer a tip at your discretion.
